In April this year, we were proud to announce the Pro100x, our latest and most advanced sample roaster to date. Thank you to everyone who helped us with the project from concept to delivery, particularly our recent beta testers. With your support, we’ve introduced a host of new features and the industry-first Humidity Sensor.

Never one to rest our laurels, we’re now inviting feedback from the first Pro100x users as well as anyone who is currently considering whether our latest sample roaster is for them.

Feedback at this stage will help to inform how the new features support user goals, identify possible improvements, and help us decide what innovation to develop next.
